Location and staff were perfect and I especially loved that the place was spotless. They made my stay fine. It was neat overall. Location so close to the centre of Harrogate and the city center.

Its breakfast certainly has to be being included in the price.

Light room, lovely beds and personable staff. And it also had exceptionally good view. Quirky hotel, 15 minutes' walk from the downtown. The restaurant was pleasant and food was decent. The service was brilliant too.

We liked our stay here and would love to come back. The staff were very pleasant, breakfast was gorgeous and location was absolutely perfect. True 5-star experience, excellent service.

The staff were brilliant and a very tasty breakfast was provided. Hotel was neat. Located walk from main street and a theatre. Also, it was a short walk to harrogate international centre. There were a couple of lovely restaurants. There was a small garden in the property.

Easy location, healthy breakfast, polite employees. Ordinary room with Parisian decor and a good size bathroom. I really enjoyed TOP-NOTCH restaurant. The honesty bar was cosy and the drinks were warm.

I had a perfectly pleasant time, the staff was efficient. Breakfast offered plenty of yummy meals. The bottled drinks in honesty bar were very welcome. The hotel was short walk to convention centre, the town centre and the city-center too thanks to its ideal location.

Facilities were modern, however wi-fi was very spotty.

Overall, it's unique base for exploring Harrogate attractions. We liked our stay.
